message delivered but received nothing

Hello,
I checked everyday for teh status and now since this weekend the notification is that the package is delevered at 3-10. I haven't received anything (asked both neighbours, nothing delivered). Strange detail, 3-10 is on a sunday, normally in the netherlands, there is no delivery at sunday. What to do? I can't see who the courier is, then I can inform them.

I have seen many packages with the tracking number starting with A couldn't be delivered to the right address. It may be a scam and was delivered to some other place. You need to reflect the problem to the seller and let the seller check it for you.If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back.
