Tracking no- XCSU001879836BO
says delivered on June 19th- I have checked it all around the premises and couldn't find the package. I tried email and no reply yet- I haven't received the parcel. can you help with this.

It's shipped by Xichen Supply Chain (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (熙辰供应链深圳有限公司). Tracking information shows it was delivered on June 19. If you don't receive it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and require the seller to contact the courier to check it for you.

Package stuck at custom 26 days (1 reply)

Hi, my package was shipped on August 31st and has been stuck at Xi’an custom for 26 days. I missed 4 calls with 2 minutes this morning from Shanghai customs, I think it could be scam callers. I missed another 2 calls from New York in the afternoon with automated massage saying it’s being prepared to be return. I forgot to write the recipient’s phone number but it’s already in the neighboring city. So I don’t know what to do. Travelers to the city are being quarantined. Please help.
