Missing package

Hi,
I ordered a package the 17th of May, but have not received the package yet. A couple of days ago it said it was on it’s way to the local carrier, but now it says it’s missing. Can you please help me find out where it is?

Hi Pia,

If it's missing, it couldn't be found. You need to contact the seller to get refund in time.
