Missing package

I ordered a package that was being shipped from China. The tracking says it was delivered but I did not receive it. I do not know who the carrier was when it reached the United States so I am unable to track it in the US. China Post only says it was delivered to the US - it doesn’t indicate where in the US.

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in the US. Then, use the number to check with USPS about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
