Missing package

I am a clerk at Cleo Springs Oklahoma. I have a postal customer that has not received their package, yet it says it has been delivered. This package never went through the post office and has never been delivered by the post office. I would love to have the USPS tracking number if possible.
The number I have is WUYOU0322584382. This is not a correct tracking number for the USPS.
