Hello,
according to the tracking information, my package with the tracking number [ZP08199952801] was marked as delivered on January 8.1.
However, I have not received the package. I have also checked with my neighbors and any designated drop-off locations, but the package could not be found.
Could you please check where exactly the package was delivered and provide further details about the delivery?

According to the tracking information, ZP08199952801 was delivered on Jan.8. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller could open a case to China Post to investigate where it was delivered and who signed for it. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
