Missing package

Hello. I received an email that my package had shipped on March 11 and have been consistently checking the status since then. It has said it is preparing shipment at the origin post since that first day and it now says my tracking number is expired. Will i still be receiving my package or not? If it is still coming, is there any way I could get an estimate of when it may finally ship out? My tracking number is LW583269105CN. Thank you!

It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the US after it was delivered to air transport. As it has been over two months, it's not normal. You need to contact the seller as soon as possible to get refund.
