Missing Package

A package was shipped using your service almost 2 months ago. It supposedly made it to the US, but USPS doesn't show it as having arrived. Please advise. Tracking number: AS438142260CN

Hi Darin,

As far as I see, many packages with tracking number starting with A couldn't be delivered. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
