Missing package LY001148688CN

This package was supposed to be put on a flight on March 17th. But it hasn't left the country for over 2 months now. Can you track down where this package is stuck and how soon can it be sent out of China?

Hi waiting_for_package,

It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the US after it was delivered to air transport. As it has been over two months, it's not normal. You need to contact the seller as soon as possible to get refund.
