Missing parcel order number 130880-34454249

Using the above tracking no. it states my parcel arrived 19th May 2025 @ 11.19am.

Sadly this is not the case can you please give me the name & contact details of the carrier?
If you cannot supply the name then may I request a full refund of £59.79 please.

Hi Sheila Angus,

If you don't receive it, you need to contact the seller to require a refund in time.
