I have a text saying my parcel was delivered but it wasn't i have security camera and no one delivered my parcel. Where is it if not sorted i will be in touch with PayPal .

I placed on order on June 26, 2020. The Order # is 99439. The tracking # is LY350226265CN. It says that it has been “delivered” and shows that it has been delivered to somewhere in New York.

I live in London, Ontario, Canada. Can someone please advise when my order will be delivered?
