My package does not update

I would like to require information about my package LJ035316779CN. It has been stuck with the message "Export Customs/Reserved for inspection" during 42 days and not moved. Please help!

It's not normal that it's stuck at the customs for so long time. In this case, you need to contact the seller to get a solution in time.

The other tracking usual show update in few day as:

But this tracking has not show any of this usual update after 8/15/21.
