Package in transit with no update

Hi. My package said Zhaugzhou has ah des my package over to the carrier for almost 2 weeks and I still haven’t gotten update. Both my packages are suppose to be delivered by 03/19/2022. Can you please tell me exactly where my package is? It’s hard to track it without an update. Thank you.

你好 ，我想咨询关于单号，EJ913389561ES 已经有10多天没有更新包裹状态，一直停留在 离开境外出口互换局（尚未抵达中国邮政，请问这个状态要持续多久，是还没到达大陆吗？难道包裹一直在天上飞着吗。
