shipping has not updated in more than 1 month! Where is my package?

Hello, I ordered something literally almost 2 months ago.
I got this tracking number first AG474208715CN and that was in transit for 35 days!!!! with NO UPDATE
then I got another tracking number for the same order AG317607495CN and that has been in transit for 17 days!! That is literally 52 days in transit with no update for ONE order, that is actually insane I need an update.
