Package been in transit for 27 days
No update for over 3 weeks - I’m concerned it’s lost
Last update 6th feb ‘handed over to forwarding agent for transit’

Hi Lula,

It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in UK after it was handed over to the carrier transport. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

On October 25, 2017 I had a package mailed from the United States to Sue Joe China. It processed through Shanghai on October 30 and then said it was processed through a facility in China on October 31. The glitches that it said it was in transit for approximately 3 1/2 weeks. A few days ago I got a retro tracking progress that said There was an attempted delivery on October 31. Since then, there has not been an update and I cannot locate any contact information with regard to trying to locate and have my package delivered. I would appreciate any help in resolving the issue of my last parcel
