On October 25, 2017 I had a package mailed from the United States to Sue Joe China. It processed through Shanghai on October 30 and then said it was processed through a facility in China on October 31. The glitches that it said it was in transit for approximately 3 1/2 weeks. A few days ago I got a retro tracking progress that said There was an attempted delivery on October 31. Since then, there has not been an update and I cannot locate any contact information with regard to trying to locate and have my package delivered. I would appreciate any help in resolving the issue of my last parcel

Hi Tony,

Your package has arrived at the local delivery point. You are advised to contact the carrier to arrange a re-delivery or collect your item. Generally, the carrier has collection deadline, you'd netter pickup your package at once, or it might be returned to the sender.

The way to contact China Post is to call their service number 11183 (then 8 for English service) in China.
