My tracking number is LY131992992CN and it has expired because my package has been stuck at Fuzhou City airline transport for over 60 days, it’s been there since 2020-04-23 and still has no update. I’d like to know if my package has even left yet and when it might arrive to the USA.

If the package couldn't be devliered in 75 days, it's thought to be expired in tracking system automatically. This is because most of the packages could be delivered in 75 days in normal. It should be en route to the US now. To my experience, there should be update recently.

It's delayed. It's still in transit to the US now. I suggest you wait for another 20 days to see if there is any update. If no, contact the seller to give you a solution in time.
