MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN STUCK AT FUZHOU FOR MONTHS

My package LY131992992CN has been stuck at “fuzhou, delivered to airline transport” for over 3 months, since 2020-04-22. Every time I contact the seller he just says that it is shipping successfully and I just have to wait. It’s been way too long and I need to know when or even if my package will arrive in the US??!!

Hi Jake2,

It usually takes about 30-90 days to have update showing it arrives in the US after it was delivered to air transport. As it has been over three months, it's not normal. You need to contact the seller as soon as possible to get refund.
