It's not normal if it's stuck for ten days. You'd better contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution from the seller in time.

I have sent a package, with tracking number CC087719172NL on the 11th of November in 2024. Unfortunately the package is stuck at customs but I have gotten not respons from the customs and the carries. The original Dutch carrier also said they could not help me any further.
