My package CY003087068CN has been stuck at Shanghai for 23 days saying it’s been assigned to transport and wondering what’s going on with it. Please reply as soon as possible. Thanks and have a great day.

Hi John C Sands V,

It was delivered to the carrier transport on October 10 and takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after that. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
