My package has not arrived yet. What is the reason that it has expired

I ordered it of the middle of November. I tracked every time my package and is till stuck in China. The Transit is know 91 days but it says it has expired. The last position of my package is JinKou Customs clearance,,Henan Sheng Zhengzhou city. Is their a chance to get my package or can I get my money back? My tracking number is LO415831629CN

Hi I am Rohit from India Bangalore . I ordered in China in last week of November .the package has arrived to Kolkata India last week but the package has been expired due to long time in transportation . So will I receive my package as it has come to India ???

LX131553727CN As my parcel has "expired" as it hasn't departed China in 80 days will
it go back to the shipper or still be forwarded to me? Please can you provide a telephone number that can be answered in English for China Post.

86 10 11183 (then 8 for English service). Don't call during the weekend. It's neither back to the seller nor go to your place. It's stuck in Fuzhou now.

It didn't leave China and the sender should have got it. You couldn't get it. You'd better contact the sender to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
