My package has not been delivered while it has been in the Netherlands.

I have ordered my package on 2019-02-04. It has been fully shipped according to the seller. I have received a tracking code that I can use. Whilst tracking the package, I was wondering why it has been to the Netherlands and then went back to China. I am very disappointed that I still haven't received my package and that I did not get information about it. I would like to hear from you what the status of my package is and when I can expect to receive the package.

As it has been returned back to China. You need to contact the seller to send it again to you or refund you.
