My package hasn’t moved

My package arrived at a distribution center in NJ, on October 2nd and hasn’t moved since. What is the problem!!!!

Hi Richard,

It may be delayed by the local courier or lost. If it's stuck for a long time, you need to contact the seller to get a solution in time.
