My package is coming but is not the right buyers name it's going to what do

I was using automatic signature on Google and for some reason was labeled the wrong buyers name it's supposed to go to David estrada and it's labeled Juan Mendoza how do I fix this error.

You need to contact the courier in your country to fix it.

I'm in a Facebook Aliexpress group. There are a lot of buyers that are still waiting for their earphones to arrive. This tracking numbers, they all belong to earphones. And there is more. They are stuck at "information received" . Is headphones are restricted category now? What's going on? We need help. Packages that aren't earphones are coming to our country in only 1-2 weeks.
