Hi segathehedgehog,

It's not normal. It may be delayed or lost. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller could open a case to China Post to check what happends to it. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

Hello, I need help with two packages that have been stuck in transit without an update for over a month, there are 2 that I’m waiting, RV497066564CN, RV486833747CN. At first I thought it was because of the pandemic and mail was delayed, but it has been over a month and nothing is happening, can you tell me when or if my package will arrive to me at any time because I’m getting tired of waiting and all I get from the seller is that I need to wait, that it’ll be delivered by dec 15 for one and with the other that I need to wait more time but at this point i don’t know if I’ll ever get my package
