Hi, I ordered something over a month ago and it has been in transit to the UK for over a month according to tracking, is this normal during the coronavirus disruptions or is there a possibility my item has been lost or held?

Hi Luciana,

It has left China and is in transit to UK now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives. Please wait for more days to get update.

I undestood that after delivering to air transport there is about one month of transit... but it was sended more than 40 days ago and it has still not left China.. the seller told me about 40 days of delivery time but my item is still stucked there!
