Item not moving for almost a month

I placed an order for an item from WISH, which was dispatched on July 22, 2020. There were numerous tracking updates up until August 8, when it said “Arrive at Depature Transit Hub” and ever since the item has not moved or left the country.

Is there a reason why my item is not even left China yet after over a month?

It takes about 30-60 days for packages sent by Wishpost reach the destination. You'd better wait for ore days to get update. If you couldn't receive it in time, contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution.

why my item is not more moving? I undestood that after delivering to air transport there is about one month of transit... but it was sended more than 40 days ago and it has still not left China.. the seller told me about 40 days of delivery time but my item is still stucked there! Is becoming URGENT could you clarify the situation?
