One month package still in China

Pls help . It’s been one month and the package status isn’t moving . All my other packages which were shipped after this package have been received. But this package isn’t moving .

Hi Akash,

It was handed over to the carrier transport on August 3 and is in transit to Canada now. It usually takes about 20-40 days to have update showing it arrives in Canada after that. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

Well over a month and no update on location. According to tracking it’s still in China but hasn’t moved in a month and 5 days. I know shipping is delayed, but my friends recieved his package and at this point I’m just curious if it’s even out there still.
