My package is stuck in arrival to destination for many days

My package has been stuck in "Arrival to destination" since December 13th, can somebody tell me what happened?? or if it is lost?

My tracking number is RV589589010CN

It's still stuck in the middle location now. You need to wait for more days to see it arrives in Peru.
