Hi Lina,

There is no tracking information after October 31. I suggest you wait for anoher 15 days at most to see if there is any update. If still no, you need to contact the seller to get a solution in time.

I ordered rep sneakers and my package has been on the “arrived at sorting center in destination country” since April 20th. Is something wrong? Could I somehow call the sorting center? Could my package have gotten lost? Is there any way I can figure out what’s going on and know if my package is coming or not?
