My package says delivered at mailbox in Connecticut. I live in West Jordan utah and would like my package this is ridiculous!

Hi Stacee,

In general, if it's not delivered to your address, you need to contact the seller to ask if the tracking number is right. The seller may give you a tracking number of another customer. If the number is right, he may filled the address by mistake. If all are right, you need to contact USPS to reflect the problem and check it for you as soon as possible. You need to require the seller give you a solution (refund you or send one again to you) if you couldn't get it at last.

Hello, I ordered a SHEIN package (N°6A21592538375) which is marked as being delivered on July 31, I went to check my mailbox the next day but I did not find any package. I decided to ask Colissimo who confirmed that the letter carrier had put the package in the mailbox, and as I did not receive it they directed me to the carrier. We suspect that someone is stealing the packages in our building thanks to a key that opens each mailbox, but we don't know who it is. The correct zip code for Putnam, Connecticut is not 06270, but 06260. I am not sure how this happened, but I believe it is what's holding my parcels up in customs. Anyway to revise?

NOTE: 3 packages were sent on same day. Only one had right address and is almost here (Stamford, CT).
