My package says delivered but could not find it at my doorstep nor mailbox?

The tracking says delivered but I did not receive it.. Would they send it to the post office?? What can I do?

Hi Ruvbx,

It's sent by Shun Feng Express by the seller. If you don't receive it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.

This shows as delivered yesterday 11/23 but i do not have the items in my mailbox nor my doorstep. I waited for over a month to have Chinapost deliver to the wrong address or claim to be delivered when it wasnt. Provide me proof that this was delivered with details of where it was left at so i can file a police report
