My package was never delivered and I never received refund

I never received my package and it says delivered and I have contacted postal service and pay pal . I never received my refund or my building,,, I am suing Pay Pal so if you don't want the same to be done to you I would advise you to send my building

Hi twizted19672018,

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact paypal to ask for refund. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
