Thanks for your response. I contacted the seller and they still have not paid the tax. How much is it? and is there anyway around this as i need the parcel to reach the destination so that i can receive my refund. They have held onto my money for the past 2 months and it is just getting ridiculous now.

Sorry, we don't know how much is it. It needs the receiver to pay for it. You couldn't do that.
