My parcel has not been received yet!!

My parcel tracking number says my parcel was delivered on 15/06/25 at 13.44pm. But I had not been received as somebody was in all day. So what happens next? Will they try to deliver it again like most couriers??. As I don't want it Sent back to where it came from. As they have taken my money for it already. Yours very annoyingly!!!

Hello, please help me I sent a parcel from the United Kingdom Tracking Number: RU744750072GB and when I track it on China Post it says it has been delivered, however the person the parcel is for tells me they have not received it
Could you please provide me with more information to prove the parcel has been received
