My parcel is held at the sorting centre for very long and i have check with the receiver, he did not receive any message , letters or calls to pay for tax . Is there any ways i can pay for it so that it can be delivered to his address? Tracking number : RT175986749SG

It's waiting for the receiver in China to pay the tax to the customs now. You'd better let the receiver check through authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax) to check and pay. You couldn't pay from abroad.
