My parcel is not received

I had a parcel coming from China which is showing on their tracking website that it has been delivered to me but it has not been delivered to me here and I have not received a call from any courier so my plz guide my room agreement is ending on 25th april so it will be problem for me and i am going back to pakistan on 25th april and i have not received the parcel yet please guide me as soon as possible

Hello, please help me I sent a parcel from the United Kingdom Tracking Number: RU744750072GB and when I track it on China Post it says it has been delivered, however the person the parcel is for tells me they have not received it
