My parcel not delivered

My is not delivered to me it is been over two weeks it is in my local post office how come it not delivered can you please send me details if I can go and pick the parcel up from my local post office

Hi Rajesh,

You need to call your local courier to check what happens to it. Also, if you couldn't receive it in time, you can contact the seller to check it for you and give you a solution in time.
