I have been watching my order and now it says delivered but I never received it. It does not even mentioned being in customs now but did previously. My tracking number is SH9900028014YQ. I would like the item or money back.

If you don't receive it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and require the seller to contact the courier to check it for you in time.
