My parcel says delivered but I've not received it

AS850445146CN the status says delivered but I haven't received it. How can I locate where its been delivered to?

AT140648913CN - tracking show that the parcel was delivered in Hamburg on 12.12.23 but I have not recieved it. Where was it delivered to and who is my local EMS? Thank you!

It’s a scam. The seller will send trash to another address close to you, get the delivery confirmation, then be able to collect the payment from your ViSA, Mastercard, AMEX or other company. Report fraud to your bank immediately.
