My parcel was not delivered, but tracking says it was AG550019255CN

I was home and waiting at the time the tracking info says my parcel was delivered. It was not delivered, no attempt was made to deliver. Tracking number AG550019255CN
I suspect this is a case of fraud, can you help me?

Hi Scott McGlasson,

According to the tracking information, AG550019255CN was delivered on October 25. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
