The seller uses China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus to ship your product. It's a cheap service and not registered. So, after the package left China, you couldn't track it in China Post tracking system. It left China on Sep 26. If the place you live is not a China Neighboring country, you may get it in next month. Watch the time for you to confirm receipt, open a dispute to where you bought the product before the deadline.
