Hello, my wife ordered a coach and she received a silk scarf, can somebody help , please ?

Package I ordered and paid for in January said it was post to be delivered on or before March 13th it's still saying that it is in shaghai EMS China it's been there since the 24th of February no updates since then please help me I received the other two items I ordered and paid for the same day as this one and I also ordered my wife a bag on March 3rd I got it today so I'm very confused about why I haven't received this one the seller keep telling me he doesn't know what or where it is to be patient

I am needing some type of help the item I've ordered won't let me track the package and when I finally get it to work the tracking number says no information provided I paid for the fastest shipping because this gift was supposed to be here for my wife's birthday and she has yet to receive it or get any type of information for the order.... The tracking number that I received in my email is ....EW165471735FG ... Please HELP!!!!!!
