my package shows delivered but it wasn't. who is the carrier of this package in the US? postal clerk says it is not them. where is my package??

Hi Patricia Uskoski,

If it shows delivered and you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

Hi,yes it says that the carrier took over and delivered, but whitch carrier.I was at the post offiver qnd they dont know anything about it. So whitch carrier or courier took over, because no one let me know and nothing arrived at the adress.
So I hsve no idea whwere the package is and where I can pick it up.
