has been with the carrier for a month now. Id like to know where my package is and who the carrier is so I can contact them directly to find out what the hold up is and why my package is stuck

My paracel is stuck on handed over to carrier, usually it takes no more than 1 day to carrier receives but not it’s taking 1 week no update. What is happening ? Where is it ? Can it be on a plane just no scan ? Will I get it ?
