My parcel was out for delivery for 3 days and is now showing as delivered. Nobody has attempted delivery let alone delivered anything. Tracking does not show who the carrier is for the UK part of the delivery. How do I find out who the carrier is? AM461251428CN

I am an online seller. I source goods from China and ship direct to UK buyers. After goods arrive in the UK, which company do you pass the packages on to in order to complete the UK domestic part of the delivery please?
Also do they use your tracking number? ie Would my customers be able to track their orders using your tracking number for the UK part of the delivery?
