Honestly I'd say it is better to just contact the seller and ask for a refund.
From my experience with china post when the delay exceeds 60 days it is most certainly lost and will never arrive the destination,

Hello, my package has been in transit for over 60 days. The tracking has been stuck with: "Guangzhou City delivered to the carrier" for over three weeks now. I asked the seller about this, and they just sent me the tracking link as usual. They said I should wait for maybe another 30-45 days for my package to arrive. Is this normal? because I used EMS for shipping. Should I be worried that it might be lost? Hopefully, someone can help. Thanks.
