Nearly month without update

There hasnt been an update in almost a month on these 2 packages. They both left Shanghai. Do you know why they are taking so long? Are they lost? Thank you

Hi G,

They were delivered by airline on Sep.19 and Sep.20 seperately. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing they arrive in the USA after delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
