Need to know who the final mile delivery company is...need tracking for US

I have followed my package for 30 days... to it showing delivered on 7/5 which was a sunday and the mail was not delivered,, I need the final mile delivery company.. the tracking number ZA06862701401 does not coincide with any US numbers... please advise.. thanks..
