No information on carrier that didn't deliver my package that says it was delive

I bought some great products from China and the day after I ordered them I was provided with this tracking number AT116501679CN. I have been tracking it all the way from China to all the way to the Eastern United States. The tracking all seems legit but it foes not give information about the carrier who supposedly delivered my package. I have not received my package and it says it was delivered on the 2nd of December. It took approximately 23 days or so to get here. Please any information will be helpful! Thank you!
